THE 4-WEEK JOURNEY

Week 1
Learning to Listen

We start by slowing things down.
You learn how to recognize your body’s signals during movement — effort, resistance, fatigue, and ease — and how to respond to them instead of pushing through or stopping completely.
Week 2
Knowing the sequence

The structure becomes familiar.
You begin to memorize the sequence and understand its logic, so practice feels less demanding and more accessible, even on busy or low-energy days.
Week 3
Understand Movement

Attention shifts to anatomy and movement.
You learn how different parts of the body work together, where tension tends to accumulate, and how to move in a way that supports long-term balance rather than strain.
Week 4
Breath & Continuity

We focus on breathwork and consistency.
You learn when and how to use breath intentionally — including a specific practice for overwhelming moments — and how to carry this work into daily life without pressure.
WHY I TEACH THIS
✺ I simplified Ashtanga Yoga because:
I wanted room for other sports and movement. The traditional form required more time and emotional space than modern life allows
I needed yoga to function as a diagnostic and alignment tool, not a rigid lifestyle. This journey is the result of that process.
